SRJ Creates Powerful New Brand for Real Estate

In order to launch their company with well designed corporate materials and website design, Kodiak Capital Partners, L.L.C. (www.kodiakcapital.com) has turned to SRJ Marketing Communications, L.L.C. The Dallas-based agency has created a uniquely powerful new brand for the real estate investment company. The brand, which plays off the bear imagery suggested by the company’s name, incorporates four slashes, as if made by a bear paw.
“The SRJ Team created a unique logo for Kodiak,” says SRJ principal Steve Jolly. “We wanted something bold and powerful since Kodiak manages multimillion dollar real estate transactions. The paw slash invokes that perfectly.”
Kodiak Capital’s services are aimed at investors who wish to sell a property and take advantage of the 1031 Exchange laws, so named for the tax code that allows exchanges of their type to happen. In 1031 exchanges, investors are allowed to reinvest the proceeds from the sale of property into a new property, without having to pay capital gains tax, as long as the property fits certain criteria.
