As I got into the car this morning to head to the office, I heard the ending of an interesting news report on the radio. It was regarding a study on consumers who purchase products or services from small businesses. The details are not terribly important, but the takeaway is. The study referred to revealed that nearly half of respondents indicated that they would choose a small business that had a Web site versus one that did not.
