Electra Memorial Hospital Chooses SRJ for Full-Service Communications Campaign

Electra Memorial Hospital has turned to SRJ Marketing Communications to develop a full-service communications solution to solve the needs of this growing healthcare facility. SRJ will provide a full-scale marketing plan, advertising campaign, public relations services, and customer service and guest relations training for Electra Memorial.

“SRJ Marketing Communications has a reputation solving the communication needs of rural healthcare facilities,” says Steven R. Jolly, founder and principal of the Dallas-based agency. For 17 years, SRJ has been called upon by many rural healthcare facilities to impart their expertise in developing communication campaigns that achieve results.

Jolly says that he looks forward to working with the staff at Electra to achieve the hospital’s goals for 2008. He also says that while visual components are important to a successful campaign, he stresses that superior customer service supports the campaign that will be developed.

“Goodwill, increased loyalty and bottom line profits will come when your staff delivers superior customer service,” Jolly explains. “Our customer service training programs provide hospital team members better ways to serve the needs of the patient and their family members.”

The new communications campaign for Electra Memorial Hospital is planned to begin in early spring 2008 in the communities Electra Memorial serves.
