Cedar Valley College asks Steven R. Jolly to Speak at Brown Luncheon

Cedar Valley College’s Brown Bag Luncheon series recently chose SRJ Marketing Communications’ principal Steven R. Jolly to deliver a message to some of the Dallas area’s leading up-and-coming small businessmen about the importance of marketing and customer satisfaction.

Steve was a logical choice for the college. A 26-year veteran in the world of advertising, marketing, public relations and customer service, Steve lives and breaths his profession.

Steve said that in today’s business environment, we tend to overlook the value of high customer satisfaction. Emphasis on customer service and high customer satisfaction pay important dividends.

Cedar Valley College is a community college in the Dallas County Community College District (DCCCD), located in De Soto, Texas in southern Dallas County. Cedar Valley first opened its doors in 1977 and has an enrollment of around 4,000 students.
