Steven R. Jolly, Principal

Steven R. Jolly founded SRJ Marketing Communications 21 years ago with the vision of helping companies achieve more than they thought possible. With more than 30 years of experience, Steve Jolly leads a creative team that works to help businesses grow by providing advertising, public relations, marketing, and Internet solutions that generate results.

Steve has personally had his hand in almost every industry you can think of! From travel and tourism with the Dallas Visitors and Convention Bureau to becoming the country’s leading rural healthcare marketing expert—Steve is truly an award-winning professional. Motivational speaking and customer service training are also some of Steve’s specialties.

If networking was a hobby, it would be one of Steve’s. He has served on nearly 20 boards and chaired numerous marketing committees. For example, Steve is a founding officer and past president of the Amarillo Area Chapter of the American Marketing Association, and has completed two terms as a member of the media advisory committee for the Texas Hospital Association. He also was a member of the board of directors for the Texas Society of Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations.

Daniel Shipman, Vice President of Interactive Media
Daniel Shipman supervises and personally creates some of the most technologically advanced Web sites for SRJ’s diverse clients. He has advanced knowledge of today’s popular programming languages including ASP, JSP, Flash, PERL, CSS, DHTML, and HTML. Daniel’s programming skills create Web sites that are fast loading, easy to navigate and hard to forget.

Daniel has learned his marketing expertise with hands-on experience. After attending Wayland Baptist University, he joined the SRJ team as a special events and public relations coordinator. His wealth of knowledge in technology, however, led him to head our Web development and interactive media services.

Chris Kinsman, Creative Director

Bringing more than 15 years of creative experience, Chris provides clients with conceptual design and strategic marketing capabilities for interactive, print, advertising and signage. Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Texas Tech University, Chris delivers highly creative and cohesive designs that communicate across various media types. Focus and attention to detail is given to each client in order to maintain strong relationships before, during and after a project.

Armando Gonzalez, Account Executive

A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Armando brings a friendly face and fresh attitude to SRJ. After a nearly seven year tenure with another company, Armando fosters relationships with clients and ensures that the solutions we create achieve the goals of each client. In addition, Armando lends his expertise to various projects within the agency, including copy development, strategic planning, social media marketing, and public relations.  He is currently enhancing his knowledge through graduate studies at UT Arlington.
